All great leaders have had someone go before them — someone to give them a hand up. Being a mentor for Next Generation Leader is an opportunity for you to give back and leverage the leadership excellence you have gained.

As a mentor, you can expect to have three, one-hour virtual group conversations with two or three NGL participants from diverse companies over a period of several months.

The CIO is responsible for scheduling the times and dates, while the NGL participants set the agenda; you simply show up and provide your valuable insight and experience to help shape their thinking and behavior.
